Hello,

I'm having a problem with 3 error messages coming up on every computer on the network. They all say that they are related getwindowsdefault printer.

The first is:

LINE: 755
ERROR: 1726
MESSAGE: API LIBRARY IS NOT FOUND

I tried running netsetup.exe but it has not fixed the problem. Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you!

OK .. do you have a default printer setup for each machine? Is it a networked printer ?? Is it online ??

Just trying to get more info on your setup.

Yes it is online. A couple of them can print to a networked printer, but I'm not sure if the networked printer is set as the default. (You mean the default on the PC, right? There isn't a preference in PowerChurch is there). I will check when I'm in on Thursday. Thank you for your help!

I believe Powerchurch uses the 'default' printer as set by the user on the computer. If the default printer on the computer is setup to use something like a 'Microsoft XPS Document Writer' or somesuch 'virtual' printer, that may be causing the issue.

There aren't printer settings in PowerChurch Plus. It just requests the default printer from Windows each time the program runs. Make sure that there is a default printer set on each computer and that it isn't something like the XPS Document Writer.

Thanks for all the input! Actually, that does make sense because I just added another computer to the network, so maybe it needs the default printer to be setup properly. I'll check it as soon as possible. Thanks again!
