Printing to Envelopes

Hello, I currently use MS Word to print out envelopes I need to send out through our Bulk Mail. Here is my question. USPS has changed from the Postnet bar code to the Intelligent bar code and my version of MS Word (2003) is the last one that I know of that even prints barcodes in Postnet and I cannot find a way to make it print Intelligent bar codes. How can I use the PowerChurch's built in Intelligent barcode utility to print out to envelopes instead of sheets of labels? Thank you, Sherri

Not sure if you can, as there isn't an direct envelope printing capability in Powerchurch. You could try saving the labels to a Word file, but I'm not sure that the barcodes would convert properly.

If you can't afford an upgrade to a newer version of Word, you may want to look at the free Open Office (www.openoffice.org) which I believe does do the new barcodes.

I haven't found a way to do this, but I'd love to have the ability to print directly to envelopes too - with or without the bar code. This would save time for small and large mailings alike!
