Wondering if there is any church out there that acts as a sending agent (mission board) for a missionary and how you got started. Do you use Power Church, and wondering about legal issues.

Here is a link. Rules 2 and 3 describe ways for tax-deductible contributions.

We use PowerChurch to keep track of the incoming contributions and the outgoing checks to missionaries. (we send the missionaries a 1099 form, which PowerChurch can track).
