Error Messages

Over the last week or so, I have been getting various error messages. When I hit 'OK' Power Church closes out. There are two or three different messages I have received, but I do not know what they are specifically. I have version 11.1. Any idea what might be causing these?

Just got one of the messages again:
PROGRAM: Opentables
LINE: 8
ERROR: 41
MESSAGE MEMO: file c:/powerchurch/pcplus11/data/meinfo.fpt is missing or invalid

One of your data files is corrupted or missing completely.
Give us a call in Tech Support at (800) 486-1800. We are available from 9AM to 6PM Eastern, Monday through Friday. There are tools that will help us to either recover information from the damaged file, or replace it with a clean one. It may also be possible to restore the damaged file if you have a recent backup.
