e-mailing our Prayer-line problem

e-mailing our Prayer-line problem

There is one lady in our church who is not getting our Prayer-line anymore since July 21.
I've checked her Activity code out and that's ok.
I've sent her an email today through the Contact record and she got that.
Seeing PC+ bypasses Outlook, is there a file that all the addresses get recorded into? I know we can get a report at the time of the mailing but that is 4 hrs ago now.

John ... something must have changed on her record. Check to see if all the proper check boxes are selected.
