Printing problem after last maintenance release

I am using version 11 of PC. After installing the last update, I am unable to view entire pages of reports and cannot print reports at all. Only a very small portion of the upper left corner of reports is visible. Neither can I print checks. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

What is the default paper size set on your printer? Sounds like it may have been left at a mailing label, 3x5 card, or 4x6 photo. This would be something set on the Printer Properties/Preferences under the Control Panel, not in PowerChurch Plus.

Thank you for your suggestion. I have checked the printing preferences on all our printers and they appear correctly. I can print anything but PC info without any problem. I seems to be only a PC problem.

Does this happen on any other networked computer ?
