Update Congregation info..best way?

We need to update all our congregation information. What is the best way to do this?

Is there a way let people do this through powerchurch or is it better to collect info through online form and offline paper and insert it in?

What are people doing out there?

We're using v11, I forget if v10 has the report I mention below.

There is really no way to have people do the update themselves. What we've found is giving each family the printout of the Family Update Form that can be found under the Family Mailing List reports. They can then update that information, and turn it back into the church for entry.

Thanks. I was away from my desktop with the v10 copy installed, and didn't want to flat out say so.

I will have to see what version we are using. I, myself, do not use powerchurch that much. So I am not that familiar with it.
