I'm trying to print out a new church directory. Currently, for each member, the main heading automatically displays as "The [fill-in-the-blank] Family." This doesn't work so well if the listing is for a single, widowed or divorced person! I can't seem to find where this default is coming from. It wasn't like that in our last directory (printed out by the previous secretary).

(Note: This isn't the "Include 'and family' in Mailing Name" default. That box is unchecked.)

Can anyone point the way for me? Thanks!

I am having a hard time figuring out where you are seeing this on a church directory. Do you see "The ___ family" anywhere one the integrated data entry screen? Also is this the built-in church directory, or is this accessed from the custom report menu?
