Technical glitch - HELP!

Hi,
I've been working in PowerChurch today and now when I try to create an entry in the Fund Accounting Module, I get the following error message and then PowerChurch closes.

Error
PROGRAM: FA_GET_TRANS_NO
LINE: 1373
ERROR: 5
MESSAGE: Record is out of range.

Has anyone seen this before and how do I fix it?

First suggestion is do a Backup which can be found under the Utilities menu. Then try doing a Reindex, also under the Utilities menu and see if that solves the issue.
