In Fast Data Entry when you are recording attendance - how can you remove names that are no longer members? Thanks.

Under Membership > Attendance > Maintain List of Attenders. You won't be able to do it directly on the FDE screen.

You can also do it from the former member's personal profile record, which would allow you to remove them from all activities from one place.

In v9/10 - click on the Activities button to bring up the list of activities for the person, then delete all listed actvities.

In v11 - select the Activities tab on the personal profile and then do as listed above.
