Can I do this???

I have v9 and need to produce some mailing labels for our trustee committee. About half of them have e-mail so I can just e-mail the meeting reminder to them. i want to print labels for the remaining trustees but can't figure out how I can get there. Is this possible? I did pull together "labels" for all the trustees but don't see any way to remove the e-mail ones and i really don't want to waste the labels if I don't have to. Thanks.

Yes, but you're doing it backwards! When you generate an email list based on certain selection criteria, you will be prompted to select how you'd like the results with no email addresses to be treated. Print labels is one of the options.

Yeah!!! I AM doing it backward. The meeting isn't until the 15th so I didn't need to send the e-mail out yet but thought I would learn about making labels and get my reminder cards pulled together! I guess I will get the card ready sans the address label and at the end of the week send the e-mails and do the labels. Awesome! Thanks for the quick response!!
