I need to know if this error message is because of my computer or because of power church?

Message: Record is out of range

And then it will say

Record is out of range

And then it shuts down powerchurch.

Are you duplicating this on a consistent basis? What version of PowerChurch are you using? What function are you running (Adding a new family, changing an existing family)? It looks like you might be trying to add a new family, is this correct? If so, reindexing your data files may fix the problem.
