I am using PC 11 and have received the following error message:
PROGRAM: ZIPINFO.ZIPINFOFILE
LINE: 447
ERROR: 41
MESSAGE: Memo file
c:\POWERCHURCH/PCPLUS/DATA/PCUINFO.FPT is missing or is invalid
Does anybody know what that may mean?

You were probably doing a backup, and the system could not find a file that is supposed to be there. Were you on the main computer when you tried doing the backup ??

I was not backing up. I was trying to close a personal profile screen. We only have PC on one computer.

After receiving that message, the program closed. When I tried to re-open the program I got another error message and then another when I tried to get into Integrated. The the program closed again.

Best call the Powerchurch support phone line, it sounds like you have files that are missing or messed up.

"c:\POWERCHURCH/PCPLUS/DATA/PCUINFO.FPT is missing or is invalid"
I have discovered this same issue in our installation with PC 11. Using it on a stand alone PC. My question is… does anyone know if the data changes much in this file? I can restore these files from a previous Power Church backup (two weeks old) using the “Restore selected files from backup” options and choosing only the PCUINFO.DBF and PCUINFO.FPT files and I don’t get the error.
Not sure if I should consider this a “fix” and keep on going, or am I changing some updated settings back to what they were 2 weeks ago???

If you changed some of the user preferences such as quick launch menus, the Today screen choices, that sort of thing, then yes restoring a pcuinfo.dbf and .fpt would return those to the settings as of the day of the backup. But in a situation where the program won't function properly, you really don't have a choice. You do need to restore all the pcuinfo files not just one, they are a matched set.
Typically when any file in PowerChurch gets corrupted, it is a good idea to check your Antivirus, auto backups, anything that could potentially be scanning, accessing, or even momentarily locking those files while they are in use.
