Our church year runs July to June. For 2011 I cannot get any data for January to June of 2011. Am I overlooking a setting? Any help appreciated. I am about 7 months into being treasurer and did not realize this until year end.

Open the program the navigate to the File->Preferences->Accounting Setup menu. On the Funds Accounting check to see the number of months you have setup to keep open at one time. You may want to increase that to 18.

You may also want to check on the General tab, to see what you have your starting fiscal month set at.
