I am new to using Powerchurch and just got the direct deposit set up this week. I processed payroll, printed the checks and the stubs. I pressed the button to create the file to submit to our direct deposit provider; received the prompt asking me where to save the file. I put it on my desktop to have easy access, however when I logged in to the direct deposit provider website and their site took me to the browse window to grab the file, it was not there?!? I had unfortunately already closed out all of the windows in the Powerchurch payroll module. I am hoping someone can help me figure out how to recreate the file again, as it did not save to my hard drive anywhere!
Using XP pro, and Powerchurch v.11

I've not been able to find any way to recreate that file short of redoing payroll. What I would do is VOID all the existing checks, then recreate payroll, and then save the file to a location on your hard drive. Create a folder on the C:\ drive called payroll, and save it there. Less likely to get lost.

Then post everything, the system will clean up all the entries.
