Help!!!

I upgraded my software from 10.4 to 11.5. I entered transactions and reconciled my bank statements. But the system didn't recognized it! I have lost all years work. When I try to print reconciliation reports it tells me that I don't have any work! Please help!

Easy ...

1st ... when you did the upgrade, you did tell the program that you were upgrading and that it converted the database, right ??

2nd ... are you sure you are using the correct copy of Powerchurch. An upgrade does not remove the old version of the program. You may have clicked on the older version's icon by accident. Make sure it says 11.5 on the top of the program window.

Yes, I did tell the system that there was another program and it transfered previous information from version 10.4 to 11.5 and I'm using 11.5 right now. I noticed that version 10.4 does not give you an option to print old reconciliation reports, but 11.5 does give you that option. The problem is that I cant find any work that I did (from Jan-July) I have diffrent accounts (Power Church) and different (bank) accounts. The system is not reconizing any work that I have done. When I try to get a reconciliation report it tells me that I dont have any. But I have all my month's reports in hand (reconciliation reports and all posted transactions). I really need help, I'm hoping I didn''t loose my work.

The ability to reprint bank reconciliation reports was added in Version 11. Previous to that, it wasn't saving your past reconciliation history. You won't be able to reprint any reconciliation reports from prior to installing and upgrading to Version 11 or 11.5.
