Posted contributions not appearing on Contribution Statement

We are operating in 11.5 and have downloaded the most recent Maintenance Release. There is a contribution recorded in 2012. When a statement is generated, the contribution doesn't show up on the Statement. A previous contribution in 2010 appears when the date range includes it. There is no Mailing Category or Personal Status assigned to this contributor. There is only one personal profile in the Family.

Are you sure that it was assigned to the correct envelope number? I take it that you've checked the Posted Contributions list for the contributor and it appears there?
Could it be that the contribution was for a fund that was setup as non-deductible, that is setup to not show up on the statement.

Try to reindex. Does this contribution show on the Posted Contributions screen for this contributor?
