Email Selection Criteria

When sending email to a group, a number of fields are available to use as selection criteria. I would like to use the SKILLS field for selection, but it seems to be unavailable for this (v.9). Does anyone know how to get around this? Thanks!

Have you tried the following:
MEMBERSHIP > ACTIVITIES & SKILLS > SEND EMAIL MESSAGE TO A GROUP > SELECTED ACTIVITIES & SKILLS
This should do what you want to do.
