The update will automatically download and install, but you can trigger the download by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release. You can also manually download and install the Maintenance Release by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr.
PowerChurch Online servers will be updated automatically overnight. For PowerChurch Online users, no further action needs to be taken.
This Maintenance Release includes the following:
Membership
- Birthday & Anniversary Report splits married couples if anniversary dates don't exactly match (03/31 vs 03/31/2026)
- Export Data - Donors first doesn't respect date filter
- Export Data - Missing operand error when filtering by Personal Status code
- Export Data - Contribution amounts are being rounded in some situations
- Filter text can be cut off on Maintain List of Contribution Funds screen > Summary tab
- Saving Check Register report to XLS can error in certain circumstances
- Corrupted index file can prevent reconciliation data from being properly saved
- View Posted Transactions - User with Access only permission should be able to Print Report
- Add repeating item from Maintain Vendor Records doesn't add vendor name to Description field
- Warn about inactive vendor prior to saving transaction
- Quick Checks don't print the date on check stubs
- User with Access only permission should be able to print reports from Maintain Vendor Records
- 941 Form and e-filing process update for Q1 2026
- Daily Plan View of the calendar is missing the horizontal scrollbar
- Keyboard macros aren't being upgraded into Version 15
