Version 11.5 - 12/22/2014 Maintenance Release

A new Maintenance Release dated 12/22/2014 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 11.5.

The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting http://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.

PowerChurch Online servers will be updated automatically overnight, so PowerChurch Online users need not take any action to receive this update.

This Maintenance Release resolves the following issues:

Family Mailing List

• Changing default mailing category setting from Family Mailing List Setup is not saved

Activities & Skills

• Class Family Directory report does not print city/state/zip
• Add Activity dialog should not list activities the person is already a member of
• Maintain List of Attenders should not people that are already a member of the activity
• Selected Activities Report when sorted by activity number has been redesigned

Check In

• Check In Roster Report is missing pager number
• New Check In Setup option to print separate parent label for each child

Fund Accounting

• Reconcile Bank Accounts report errors when special characters are used
• Equity accounts should warn when making inactive
• It is possible to get stuck in a validation message loop when adding new accounts
• Remove "UNAUDITED" from all report titles

Accounts Payable

• 1099-MISC Form update for 2014
• Open (Unposted) Items report redesigned

Accounts Receivable

• New Payment Statement report
• Print on letterhead and Include a message options added to Account Statement

Payroll

• W2/W3 Form update for 2014 tax year
• Employer address can be defaulted into Trade Name field
• Added Select/Clear All buttons to Create Accounts Payable Entry
• Unable to void alpha-numeric checks
• Time off spanning multiple years is not reported correctly

Contributions

• Print on letterhead option added to Pledge Statement report
• Posted Contributions report selections for contribution type and fund type together will not work

Other

• Export to Access required user permissions
• Automated backup should require e-mail setup to request e-mail notifications
• Add e-mail errors to automated backup log file
• Splash screen should open centered in program window
• Alphabetical sort option added to Reports lists
