A new Maintenance Release dated 12/6/2016 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 11.
The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting http://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.
This Maintenance Release resolves the following issues:
Membership
It is possible in a specific scenario to receive the same Directory Sequence assigned to two people in a family
OneBody sync includes unlisted phone numbers
Fund Accounting
Record is out of range error is possible when saving new transactions
Accounts Payable
If you have no vendor records, account lookups don't work on quick add vendor screen
Check number is not a required field on Maintain Computer Generated Checks
1099-MISC forms and filing for 2016
Accounts Receivable
Zero balance invoice will not close out after posting if there are negative item amounts
Date lookup button is disabled after adding a new payment
Payroll
W2/W3 forms and filing for 2016
End of file encountered error is possible when adding/editing W2s
General
Multiple updates to support SSL access to powerchurch.com resources
Installer does not prompt for destination directory if program is already installed
It is downloading but will not install, I am not tech smart but am thinking after having several updates done on my computer the install is being blocked? Can anyone out there help?

Could you explain what error you are seeing?? Are you trying to update from a client computer or is this on the 'server' computer?
The first program error I get is: File access denied\\coc-server\data\apps\pcplus11\pcp11mr.exe.
I also received the following popup: C:\ProgramData\PowerChurch\PcPlus11\pcplus11.exe
An error occurred while trying to replace the existing files:
DeleteFile failed; code 32.
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
Click Retry to try again Ignore to skip this fine (not recommended). or Abort to cancel installation

Is anyone else on the system, since you're doing this on the server? My suggestion reboot then try again.
