A new Maintenance Release dated 04/13/2022 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 14.

The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting https://www.powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.

PowerChurch Online servers will be updated automatically overnight. For PowerChurch Online users, no further action needs to be taken.

This Maintenance Release includes the following:

Membership

• Integrated Data Entry - Family Members list - Envelope column too narrow to show five digit envelopes

Fund Accounting

• Check Register doesn't bold/italic unposted transactions
• Maintain List of Accounting Funds - Copy accounts from another fund should ignore inactive accounts and funds
• Sub-account Report always includes inactive funds

Accounts Payable

• Maintain Manual Checks doesn't prompt to update transaction details when amount changes
• Maintain Manual Checks only allows 10 digit check number
• Add Manual Check from Maintain Vendor Records doesn't fill in vendor name in Description
• Transactions for built-in MISC or VOID vendors won't post
• Not all transactions are included on the Cash Requirements report

Contributions

• Can't access the date field in Delete Old Data
• Can't access date field when posting multiple contribution dates as one
