A new Maintenance Release dated 10/10/2023 has been released for PowerChurch Plus Version 14.

PowerChurch Online servers will be updated automatically overnight. For PowerChurch Online users, no further action needs to be taken.

This Maintenance Release includes the following:

Attendance

• Visitor Report with unchecked Include Contact Information option still includes some contact information

Contributions

• Check Reader with Format 0000 doesn't recognize all possible formats of checking accounts
• Enter Contributions - The date picker doesn't work properly when changing date of contributions
• Monthly Contribution Totals report can include $0 total donors

Fund Accounting

• Export Accounting Data limited to current year when budget for next year has been entered
• Import Accounting Transactions - Numeric overflow error when importing into data set that spans many years
• Import Accounting Transactions - Differences in upper/lower case of transaction description and reference should be ignored
• Import Accounting Transactions - An old transaction can be duplicated when importing
• Reopen a Month can error when there are transactions dated hundreds of years from now

Accounts Payable

• Next check number not updated if disconnected from PowerChurch Online before answering Reprint prompt
• In certain scenario, an invoice can be deleted after a check has been printed

Payroll

• Choosing No to reload saved Process Payroll session can result in an empty set of current Payroll data to process

General

• Custom Reports to a file should not allow filename beginning with a number
• Maintenance Release download can error or not complete (the fix will take effect at the next MR update)
