A new Maintenance Release for version 9 is now available.

This Maintenance Release is dated 1-5-2007 and after installation, your Program Date should be updated to this date.

ISSUES CORRECTED IN THIS MAINTENANCE RELEASE

Here are some of the issues that have been corrected in this Maintenance Release.

It was possible under the Reconcile Bank Accounts screen to enter any 4-digit number, whether there was actually an account with that number or not.

A problem was introduced in the previous Maintenance Release which would cause an error when trying to include a family of profile picture in a Custom Report.

When using the Reassign an Envelope Number feature in Contributions, the program would allow you to enter 99999 as the number you are assigning to.
No message would come up and the program would not actually change any records. The program was changed so you can not use envelope 99999 when reassigning envelope numbers.

When the Selected Records report in the Family Mailing List was saved in Word format, addresses and other items were not beginning on new lines.

The Restart Accounting option was not deleting all the previously entered settings as it should have.

When using Locate under the Maintain Descriptions screen in Activities and Skills, the Type and Department always showed <None> even when an activity had a Type or Department defined.

The Active Pledges report would indicate "1 envelope number" and "1 pledge"
even when there were no pledges displayed.
