12/13/2007 Maintenance Release Notes

Post by Zephyr »

Here are some of the issues that have been corrected in this Maintenance Release:

Depending on the two character fund designation, the last digit of the sub-account number could get dropped off the Open (Unposted) Items report in Accounts Payable. This could also happen on the Selected Paid Items report.

The IRS has made several changes to the W-2 and W-3 forms for 2007. These changes have now been incorporated in the program.

If you saved the Column Layout version of the Church Directory report in PDF format, the church name would be cut off after the first letter.

Under certain circumstances, changing the "active" status on an account could generate an error indicating that the "function requires row or table buffering mode."

In Accounts Payable and Fund Accounting, if a credit amount over $9,999,999.99 was entered, the amount would get rounded to the nearest 10 cents.

When using Windows Vista with the Aero user interface enabled, items in drop-down lists would be highlighted as the mouse pointer moved over them, but would stay highlighted after moving the mouse pointer off the item.

If you entered a contribution over $99,999.99, the "total by envelope" and "total unposted" fields at the bottom of the Enter Contributions screen were not showing the last digit of the amount.

On the Bank Reconciliation screen, if the adjusted bank balance was a negative 6-figure amount, then the last digit after the decimal would not be displayed.

On the Selected Dates report, sometimes the name that should be at the bottom of the page would get cut off completely and would not be carried over to the next page.

Several spelling errors were discovered and corrected.
