Version 11 - 09/21/2011 Maintenance Release

A new Maintenance Release dated 09/21/2011 has been released for Version 11.

The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting http://powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.

The following changes were made in this Maintenance Release:
  • Google Calendar events can be duplicated during sync
  • Google Calendar events use main description, rather than web description
  • Monthly Budget Amounts report does not show accounts with zero total annual budget (+/-)
  • 2011 W2/W3 forms have been updated
  • 2011 1099-MISC form has been updated
  • Custom Report errors when switching from Detail to Summary report
  • Constant Contact error is not reported properly if sync fails in certain circumstances
  • Maintenance Release updater can freeze at 100%
  • Error message when first character of user profile is a space
  • Recall report options confuses two date fields on the Selection Criteria screen

I did this maint release, and I got a couple error messages.

"File 'background.app' does not exist."

I clicked on "ignore" and got this:

Program:PC
Line:110
Error: 1726
Message: API library is not found

What does this mean?

Did you manually install this, or did the program download and update itself?

The error that you are getting indicates the Maintenance Release installed to a location where PowerChurch Plus isn't actually installed.
