I attempted to download the new release for v11.1 but it does not seem to finish. The download percentage indicator goes to 100% and then it just sits there. I am running v11.5 on this same machine but wanted to keep v11.1 up to date. This machine is running Window 7 and I do not have v11.5 open when attempting the download. I am making the assumption that Version 11 means 11.1 and not 11.5.
It will complete after 30 minutes.
I see the problem in the code and it will be corrected. The next MR will behave the same way. The one that follows should complete in a more timely fashion.
I am new to PC. I am running PC 11 in a vista computer. The application will run at the church but I have a backup in my laptop. The church's computer does not have access to the internet. How do I "bring" this maintenance update to the church's computer.
You can manually download the maintenance release from any computer that can access the internet. Go to www.powerchurch.com/mr and fill in the church's information. Save this file to a thumb drive or other media and manually install it to the church's computer into the installed directory, example would be C:\PowerChurch\pcplus11.
I had already updated our version 11.1 to the 12/06 MR when the MR came out.
TODAY up pops the "New MR - Do you want to download?" message.
Not thinking (duh), I just automatically agreed to download and now I'm in the 30-minute wait mode following 100% download. Double-checked the Help menu to confirm that MR 12/06 was indeed installed.
So the main question about which I am curious is: Why did that message pop up when I already had installed the latest MR? Any ideas?

Sorry, Zorak (and all the wonderful folks at PC+) - didn't mean to be rushing you - know you are busy at this time of year. . . . I was just taken a bit by surprise.....
