A new Maintenance Release dated 04/03/2012 has been released for Version 11.5.

The program will automatically download and install this update by going to Help > Download Maintenance Release, or you can manually download and install the Maintenance Release installer by visiting http://powerchurch.com/mr in your web browser.

This Maintenance Release resolves the following issues:

Accounting

• Modify Unposted Transactions shows blank posting year if outside the range of open months
• Level 3 should not be an option when adding new accounts through Maintain Donor Restrictions
• Field names changed on 2012 941 form (Trade Name, Box 16, Sched B)

Membership

• Error on the Maintain Attendance Data screen (click Add, then Cancel)

Other

• PowerChurch Online - Mac IDS Client error when copying links to clipboard

At least for me, the Mac link fix in this Maint release did not work for PC+ Online. Same issue.

Check to make sure that your server was updated (check the date in the about Powerchurch menu item), and also check to make sure that you're on the latest IDS client for the MAC.

What is the latest IDS client, and where do you see the version for IDS on a mac?

When I go to About Powerchurch, I see a date of 3/27/2012... so that might mean that the maintenance release is not there yet... but why? I understood that all maintenance releases were released to all PC+ Online servers by the latest of the morning after the release date.

The update is being uploaded to the servers now. When everything resets in the morning the new release will be applied. We apologize for the inconvenience!

After six years of no problems on MR dowloads, we are unable to download new releases. Presently at 11.1. Looking to download 11.5.
About that same time, we switched to a brand new computer with Windows 7. Error message states, "..problem contacting to the server." We have no apparent problem with our server and handle multiple e-mails and major online search time every day.

Can anyone suggest what we should be looking for within the program to resolve this issue? or without?Thank you for the support!!

Version 11.5 is not a Maintenence Release for 11.1, its an UPGRADE .. you have to pay for the upgrade. The latest MR for 11.1 is dated 04/04/2012. I would check to see if your firewall is stopping the system from pulling the download, that said you can manually download it from https://www.powerchurch.com/mr/index.php.
