I'd check to see if you're using an 'Internet Security' type of antivirus software. Often these have a built-in firewall that will apply firewall rules for internet access. If the program does not recognize the program as a valid one that can access the Internet, it could be blocked.

Check to see if the program pcautomr115.exe is being blocked. If not, there is a file under the \powerchurch\PCPLUS115 directory, pcautomr115.log that logs any errors. It may give you some additional information.

Now, that said, you can manually download the MR by heading to the DOWNLOADS area of the main Powerchurch.com website. Download it to the \powerchurch\PCPLUS115 directory, and it will install next time you start PCPlus.
