I am a new user of Powerchurch. We have installed the network version but I cannot access the backup/restore feature from my computer (which is not the server). I can however backup/restore on the server computer. Have I installed something incorrectly or set a system option wrong?
When I try the backup feature, the message: NPROCESSOPTION is not found appears and Powerchurch closes down....Help!

It looks like you might have been shipped a version of NetSetup9 which mistakenly did not install the proper files. You can get the corrected NetSetup9 from http://www.powerchurch.com/support/downloads/. While you’re on that page, you should also get the latest Maintenance Release.
