Adding "music type" or "music groups"

Our music director isn't allowed to add "music type" or "music group" options. I've checked her profile & permissions, and have ticked all the boxes for Music Library access.

When I'm logged in as SysAdmin, I am able to create these labels for her to use, but clearly it'd be best if she could do it herself and not have to have me do the data entry for her.

Any suggestions?

There is a separate property/permission under System Utilities for Change Custom Codes that applies across all areas the user has add/change permissions in.
