Our leadership has requested that we have "two-deep coverage" for the System Admin role in PowerChurch. Our current System Admin has indicated that only one System Admin account can be created. If that is true, to meet leadership's request, the current System Admin would need to share the password. That does not seem like a good idea. Is it possible for us to create a second System Admin? What is the solution for this request?

Re: Two System Admins - Is This Possible ?
You can have a user that has full access to all of the modules/features, but they won't be able to add, change, and delete other user accounts. Only the built-in System Admin user has that capability. There can only be one System Admin.
Re: Two System Admins - Is This Possible ?
One workaround might be to create a System Admin account that both people have the password for.
Then set up two "Almost SysAdmin" accounts, one for each person.
Use the almost accounts on a day to day basis, so that tracks back to the person who made the change.
Then only use the actual System Admin account when absolutely necessary.
We use this process for a different online system, and it seems to have helped.
