I am entering in events at our church and I would like to be able to e-mail the custodian immediately that I booked an event. How can I do this?

I am entering in events at our church and I would like to be able to e-mail the custodian immediately that I booked an event. How can I do this?

Currently, you can only send out 'TASK' reminder emails for an event 14 days or less in the future, and EVENT reminder emails 21 days or less in the future directly from Powerchurch.

Depending on the amount of information you need to send the custodian, it may be easier just to send an email from your regular email program.

That said, having the capability to send an immediate task notification for events further out than 14 days may be a good idea for the wishlist.

That's too bad. I was hoping to cut down on filling out the paperwork that needs to be distributed to our custodians.
