We have used the outlook calendar exclusively for about 6 years.
Can y'all let us know of the major differences before we sign on the dotted line for PC Events module?
We currently have more than 3 "categories" of events in Outlook. Is that a problem with PC Events?
Thank you!

I have used outlook as long as you have. While I was excited to see how PC+ would set up events, I was a bit disappointed. It was kind of half and half actually, to be fair. I love the multiple features such as who is invited to the event, what rooms are being utilized, contact person, etc. However, it does not color code anything and that alone is huge to me. I loved being able to just pull up my calendar in outlook and spot the missions meetings, or youth, music, whatever the case may be. It is all white in pc+. Unless, that is a feature I'm just not utilizing. But, in the end, while there are a few very minor concerns, I'm glad I switched. I'm sure PC will improve this module as they have all the others as time goes along. I would encourage you to give it a try. I did multiple bookings for awhile to test it out and the staff then gave me their feedback. Another very useful tool is their reports - gives you all the info at a glance which is nice for our facility staff. Also, love that the events pop up on your screen every morning!
