I am running PC+ version 10.4 on Windows XP. When I go to Utilities and click "Backup and Restore Files" I get the following Error:
PROGRAM: PCBACKUP
LINE: 31
ERROR: 1754
MESSAGE: Cannot find entry point IsUserAnAdmin in the DLL
If I click "OK", then PC+ shuts down.
I've tried reindexing and rebooting, but I'm still getting the error.
Can anyone help?

From what we have seen, this error occurs in installations of Windows XP that have not installed the Service Packs updates from Microsoft. You can acquire this update at the following link: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/sp2/default.mspx

We have a special testing build of the PC10DVD.exe program that is causing the error. Please send an e-mail to support@powerchurch.com and we will get a copy of this file to you.
Backup Error
I ran the executable file that you emailed to me. It took care of the problem. I can now backup PC+. Thanks so much.

We are working with the company that created control we are using to write to DVD/CD drives as to a solution for the U3 thumb drives. We will have to get an update from them when they have fixed the problem. The work around is to not insert the thumb drive until after going into the backup screen.
The problem cmc is having is different, we are calling an WIN32 API called IsUserAnAdmin that was supposed to be in WIN2K or greater, but we are finding it is not on everyone's machine. The download is a temporary fix until we can rework how we determine if the user has administrator rights on the local box.
