Customizing information displayed in Google Calendar

Hello,
I would like to know 2 things:
a) Can google calendar integration be set up to post contact person's info in calendar when it syncs? (Rather than having to manually re-enter into description?)
b) Is it possible to set up any other customization of information sync'd to Google calendar? (For example, can we get it to show anything else at all?) All that is currently being pushed to Google is title, date, time, web description. No names, no room, no notes, no tasks.... etc.
The lack of room and contact person info means that our congregation ignores the google calendar because they don't have the basic info they need, and they call the administrator to look it up on the backend. Often.
