I am having trouble deleting Personal Profiles. I've looked on Help and followed the instructions, but when I go to delete the record the delete button is always grayed out. Another lady that works in the office doesn't have the problem on her computer with the grayed out delete button. Is there some setting on my computer that needs to be changed? Thanks.

It sounds like delete rights have been assigned to your user account. Your PowerChurch system administrator will need to assign those rights to you.
