Error while trying to restore

Can you assist me in correcting this problem.

While trying to restore Contribution backup from a backup disk, I received this error message:

ERROR
PROGRAM: CFORM.LOAD
Line: 30
Error: 114
Message: Index does not match the table. Delete the index file and re-create the index.

What do I need to do to correct this error? Thank you in advance

If you are on Version 9, and the latest Maintenance Release, simply reindex all files. If this doesn't fix the problem, call technical support.
