Hi.

Is there a way to print an activities report which will also include the mailing category? Exporting data or custom made reports?

It is possible in custom reports, but I don't think any of the built-in reports would have Mailing Category included.

Can you please guide me. I am trying to figure it out but not able to. I am ok with custom reports but only that paart I am not able to find. I also want to know if I can edit a custom report to add headers.

I want to be able to print a report which includes:

Mailing category
Name, address, etc...
Date of birth
Activity (if any)

Is this possible? If yes, which module should I create the report in?

You could do this in the Activity Modules Custom Report. You would have to group the results, so only one name/address/etc line is shown, but all the activities could be displayed. However, you will need to assign them at least one activity for them to show up in the report. The obvious one to use would be Sunday Worship.

That said, I'm surprised this information could not be added to one of the Personal Profile reports, such as the Family Grouped Report or the All Individual Reports as an option. You may want to send an email to 'wishlist@powerchurch.com' to request it. Give the reason why this is something that you need, and why you think other congregations would be able to use it.

In Activities & Skills custom reports, you will only be able to report on people who are in activities. It isn't possible to report on those who are not in activities.
