Back - up to hard drive

I would like to backup and restore some files to the hardrive. How can I do this. ?
Currently the newest version of PowerChurch (8.5) can only backup to removeable drives such as 3.5 drives, zip drives, and also CD Rewritable drives. There is going to be support for a harddrive backup in the future but currently its not an option.
You can make backups outside of the program if you wish however, but support will be limited on those types of backups.
