I just upgraded from 11.5 to version 14.

I downloaded it to our "main" computer, but now want it to be accessible to the other computers in the church. We could do that with 11.5 but that was setup a long time ago and I don't remember how to do it for the new version.

Do I have to download 14 to all the computers? Then how do I create a shortcut to the "main" computer.

The answer you seek is at your right-hand. Instructions start on Page 5 in the PCPlus User Guide. If you don't have a printed manual, there is a PDF version in the \Powerchurch\PCPLUS14 directory under PCPLUS14.pdf.
