Restore Error

While attempting to restore contribution data to our church computer from a floppy disk I received this error message. We are using Power Church Plus version 7.
Program: PCREIND
Line: 481
Error: 1561
Message: Database is invalid. Please validate.
How do I solve this problem. Thank you in advance.

If you are able to open PCPLUS7 without any errors, you can try the following steps, using the Database Manager from under the Utilities menu.
Type the following commands:
CLOSE ALL
[press Enter]
OPEN DATABASE PC EXCL
[press Enter]
VALIDATE DATABASE
[press Enter]
This, hopefully, will fix the issue. Click the Exit button on the Database Manager.
If it does not resolve the issue, or you get a different error, more steps will need to be done. It's not something that we can post here on the forum, you would need to call in for support, at that point.

This didn't fix the solution.
Whom should I ask for when I contact the technical support about this problem at Power Church?
