Restore data error DynaZip UnZIP error creating output file

Hi - this is my first time posting. Our church has used Powerchurch for about 7 years now, and mostly it's great!
However, I've very recently run into the following problem:
We run PCPlus 9 on our church computer, which has Windows 98. As Treasurer, I recently took the program and installed in on my home computer, which runs Windows XP Pro. No problems with installation.
However, each time I restore data from one computer to the other, I have the following error message (and each time it seems to occur at "item 78 of 94", \Data\PREMPL.DBF):
DynaZip UnZIP Error: Error creating output file (Problem extracting file(s)).
When I click "OK" to clear the message, I get a Backup/Restore Files warning which states: Errors Reported. Errors were reported during the restore process. This backup is not usable.
This has happened with every disk I've tried, new and old, and whether I've done a "verify backup" or not. I've decided to "ignore" the message, and so far haven't actually found any errors in the restored data, but obviously I'm not totally comfortable that this is happening.
Does anyone have any experience with this, or know what is going on?
