File transfers

Brand new to PowerChurch but find it a very good and easy program.
As administrator (For now) I have done the arduous task of entering all our people and contributors in the program. My problem now is that our Pastor is not networked, and he is the one that will maintain the Membership list. He should have access to the full "Membership" module on the Menu bar and Records as well. Can I use the Back-up "Membership" to give him the Intergrated Data Entry, Family Mailing list, Personal profiles and so on listed under the Membership Menu item? or do I have to figure out the Files involved and copy? This also works in reverse, I want the reviced files to go back to the Administer computer once a month.
The old saying, One idiot can ask more questions than 10 wise men can answer.

that type of backup would work just as you need. the only caviat is that restoring a backup overwrites the files there with the files on the backup disk, it does no merging of data, simple file replacement. so if multiple people will be updating membership this is probably not the best approach.
