Calendar Printing

Post by acts2umc »

I have two issues with the printing.

1. - I would like to have the ability to only print certain weeks: i.e, June 14-June 28. No matter what I try, I get all of June and all of July. I would like to use a rolling 3 week calendar in our newsletter, but so far this is not working for me.

2. - My events titles are getting cut off. Is there a way to adjust fonts so that the full title shows up? It does me no good to try and publish a calendar when nobody but me can interpret it!

And I totally agree with someone else's earlier suggestion that we need an option for "no time". We have a number of events that don't have set times.

This new events module is SO close to being just what I'm needing - it's just not quite there yet!

Are you printing the calendar directly from the program, or are you saving the calendar for use in a word processor, and then printing from MS Word ??

FWIW ... saving it for use in a word processor basically saves the calendar in the Windows 'Clipboard' where you can them paste it into any document you're creating. You can then delete rows from the calendar 'table' to show what you want.

Hope this helps.
