My monthly backups have been using five 3.5" disks. Today, after having installed version 10 a few weeks ago, my backup only used 2 disks. Have you changed the compression ratio on backups? I need to know if this 2 disk backup is really a complete backup before I can close the month of October and begin November. Thanks in advance for any help!

In version 10, we have stopped backing up the .CDX (index) files. This saves a significant amount of space, as you can see!
The new index files are built from scratch when you restore the backup.
