PC 9 Locking up

We moved PC 9 from Windows 2000 SBS to Windows Server 2003. Now we are having issue with users getting locked out when more than one is logged on?
You need to make sure that the main Powerchurch directory is shared to all without any restrictions. and you may want to verify the network mapping and running of the NETSETUPX.EXE program as shown here:

Your Netsetup program is probably listed as NETSETUP9.EXE.
