Using Calendar in V10

Quick question - I have entered all the yearly meetings, events, etc.
I have many things that happen the first Thursday, Second Sunday, etc....every month, it gets off a day, and the next month two days, etc.
I end up with The 2nd Sunday meetings showing up on Wednesday, and Thursdays on Saturday, etc.
HOW can I fix the recurring events, and have it actually show on the day it is supposed to?
