Protect or move the ENVELOPE nu,ber field

We have had some instances where the envelope number has been changed or deleted resulting in lost contribution data. I know that PC provides alerts that ask if such changes are indeed what you want.

We suggest moving the field entirely out of the personal profile area and restricting to be viewable in the Contributions module and in that manner only those that have authorization to Contributions will be able to manipulate this number.
