Backup problem runtime update files
Ver. 10.4 with latest Sept MR. (Windows XP) I was attempting to back up files which seemed to go ok. Then I was trying to verify the backup and got this message. "need to install runtime update files". In my attempt to do so nothing worked and now I cannot backup at all because I cannot get past this problem. Help from tech would be nice. I posted this and received an answer from Zorak, tried suggestion and it did not work. I then moved this problem to Utilities forum Item. The error message read: "Could not initialize installation C:\~GLC1034.TMP. The system could not find the file selected. Cannot make backups now until problem is resolved. thanks!

If the support that you have gotten here from a Tech Support staff person did not help, posting the question in a different area of the forum will most likely not get you a different answer.
If you have not yet done so, give us a call at (800) 486-1800 to speak with someone and troubleshoot the problem until we get it figured out.
